I was greeted by incredibly friendly staff who not only unpacked my car but also handled valet parking seamlessly. The team at the front desk was warm and welcoming, providing a helpful overview of the property, complete with maps, and they even treated me to a complimentary glass of champagne—such a nice touch! I was then escorted to my gorgeous room, which featured a stunning garden shower and an outdoor bathtub, offering a perfect blend of luxury and relaxation. The entire property was immaculate, with beautifully maintained grounds, and the staff went above and beyond to be accommodating. With wonderful dining options on-site and impeccable service, I can confidently say this is a 10/10 experience. "This inn is absolutely beautiful and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. The staff is incredibly warm, welcoming, and helpful. The room was amazing with wonderful amenities (love the pools). The bed and bedding was like sleeping on a dream cloud. And, the morning breakfast was delicious. I will definitely come back for another visit. It was a memorable experience."

"This hotel was above and beyond any hotel i have ever stayed at. From the ease of check in , to the spotless luxurious room, so charming and comfy. They had a wine and cheese hour and a delicious healthy breakfast included. The ladies at the desk were more than helpful and kind. We took advantage of the bicycles they had for use and just staying here elevated our whole experience in sonoma! Keep up the charm! "

"A very nice, rustic old west hotel - spacious rooms, old fashioned tub and shower, decor was westernish. Area itself is great, safe at night, convenient shopping and dining. Only negative was that there was insufficient staff to have coverage so we were left with key to lock hotel when we came and went - lock was tricky to operate. if they can address their staffing issues this is a great place to stay, i just don't like being responsible for locking up their business - this is not a camping cabin in the woods, its a hotel and there are other guests, etc."
