"Staff at the property were well trained but the staff at the spa were not at the same level. Think it is not operated by Fairmont and it shows in the service and cleanliness. It is pretty expensive for a poor experience. People that came in after us decided to leave as it did not “meet the experience they were looking for” Restaurant food was excellent. "Lovely property. Rooms are large and comfortable. The closet/bathroom door combo is a nice aesthetic, but given the weight of the door, a handle on the interior would be nice to have. The other odd thing is the width of the tile around the bathtub/shower (which needs to be cleared to get into the shower). It's high and wide, creating an opportunity for a slippery accident.
