BUT******** This time there was a problem with the water pressure: bath dribble delivery, shower the same (for cold water and left me with just boiling hot). Was a bit noisy (I could here the heavy footed person in room on floor above me crossing floor to go to the toilet during the night - kept waking me up), and The coffee machine at breakfast had run out of milk (so no cappuccino).
