"The best part about this hotel is the location. Great spot for walking to either shops in SoHo or Mayfair. Hotel itself is nice. Tacky, but in an entertaining way. Room was comfortable, but was noisy. Could hear everything in the hall and through the walls. Bed was a-mazing (best part of the room), but the shower was a bit dirty. It smelled a little like ammonia and you could hear/feel the old water squishing under the shower flooring when you stepped in before you turned the water on. Also...

"We only spent 1 night here to attend a show at the London Palladium. The hotel was excellent the staff were very helpful, the room was spotless and the bed very comfortable. The only issue we had was the sign outside was very small and partially covered by a large plant and we walked straight past the entrance and only found it on the way back up the road"

"I have to say, i loved my stay at the Z hotel. The staff were so friendly, the room was compact but had everything i needed, including hot chocolate and the bed was super comfy. I stayed at the Tottenham Court Road one but it was actually closer to Oxford Street. Just a few mins from Liberty's, Regent Street, the Palladium and Oxford Street. My room was on floor 8 and was super quiet. Very impressed with the room and the price. Well done Z Hotels."
