"The stay was typical EXCEPT the elevator was down most of the week and I was on the 5th floor. I know "stuff" happens but the elevator company didn't consider it a high priority. The reason the rating was as high as it is was based on your staff's willingness to help me get a large load down to my car at check out, which was 5 floors down. That was an excellent level of customer service and I appreciated that."
