"- Bedbugs infestation - do not go to this hotel. - I was at the hotel for 3 nights and changed rooms 3 times. I captured the bugs in a bag and showed receptionists and management, the bugs, and my bites all over my body. They disregarded my complaint and refused me a refund. The manager refused to speak to me and would only communicate through reception staff. The hotel is dirty and had to throw clothes and suitcase away because it was ridden with bugs. Absolute Gem

"Absolutely fantastic stay from start to finish. We were greeted my Joseph the porter when we arrived and was helped with everything we needed. The staff were truly amazing nothing was too much trouble, very clean & tidy, room very comfortable and food and drinks were lovely. Highly recommended we shall return"
