"The hotel is lovely. The lobby and rooms are large and tastefully decorated. The elevators are an issue. There is only one that works which is insufficient for the number of guests. Be prepared to walk the flights of stairs to your room. We even had to drag our luggage down four flights of stairs to check out. Mini bar is also an issue.
