All via WhatsApp. Detailed instructions on how to get to the hotel, recommendations for sightseeing, help to book a special cab to another city, etc. The hotel rooms are basic and don't have a window but the air con worked well and it was squeaky clean. Beds were comfy. The hotel is next to a fruit market so the area immediately nearby is NOT pretty but everything is a short ride away. The rating is to reflect good virtual service...

Our reservations included breakfast and yet, they insisted no breakfast until we showed them the confirmation. Off the beaten track and simply dont understand where the"SUPERB" rating comes from. There are other hostels that are better managed. By the way, dont bother calling the hostel. They DO NOT ANSWER. It doesnt matter whether is office hours"
