"you always think of Thai hospitality as pleasant and warm. Front desk AGENT is borderline rude and grumpy. Our reservations included breakfast and yet, they insisted no breakfast until we showed them the confirmation. Off the beaten track and simply dont understand where the"SUPERB" rating comes from. There are other hostels that are better managed. By the way, dont bother calling the hostel. They DO NOT ANSWER. It doesnt matter whether is office hours"
