"There are so many small things that make this hotel great! It's convenient to do your own laundry here with a change machine located near the laundromat. The massage chairs feel fantastic after a long day on your feet. The food at both of the restaurants is delicious. There are many elevators so you never have to wait long. The rooms are wonderful! "The hotel is within walkable distance from shin- osaka station. Staff is very friendly and helpful and the size of the hotel room is commentable. Bonus is kids can see the shinkensen track from the window of our hotel room. Overall, its a very comfortable stay and we will surely come back again"

"It was a great 15 nights stay. Hotel is very near 5 mins walk to subway, jr and bullet train making it easy access to the region. I traveled extensively from here to Kada, Nara, Seto, Hiroshima, Matsue, Hakata, Kyoto & Osaka. You'll not run out of food and convenience stores options here. Also loved the large hot bath (amenities provided), coin laundry, room cleaning service and late checkout option (reasonable fee). Thank you"

"Hotel was nice and clean with a freindly welcome. The room was spacious enough for a solo traveller. Plenty of towels and pillows were given so I didn't have to request any extras. The only downside was paying 500 yen per luggage for luggage storage after check out. I understand this might have started due to overtourism but every other hotel I have stayed at so far are still offering luggage storage for free, so this felt like a let down. "

"Perfect for the solo or couple travelers. AC accommodation for the summer is a godsend and the toilet/shower facilities are on the higher tier. It’s pretty unassuming so its location and views are nothing special but you can easily get anywhere as there is a station literally right next to it. I had a great stay and appreciate the hotel staff for their kindness."

"The property is well situated. Dotonbori is a short Sunday walk. Office buildings are around but there are amenities, convince story’s and small affordable eateries a stones throw away. The rooms are a lot smaller that other cheaper Hotel Iconics but I suspect it’s just due to location. "

"Really loved this hotel in Osaka. Central and easy to walk everywhere plus its really lovely and the staff were super friendly and helpful. Would absolutely recommend and if I ever get back to Osaka (planning to in a few years all being well), will definately stay here again."

"Staff was always friendly and greeted me. Also kindly showed me the proper behavior in the lobby, I thought I was able to sit in the lobby and eat my onigiri, but it appeared to be bad manners. I learned immediately and went somewhere else to finish it. I think as a foreigner it is also difficult to know all the etiquette, so I am glad to learn and change immediately. The facility is also very clean with all the ammenities that I want. "
