"We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Trusty Osaka Abeno. Staff were welcoming, polite, and very helpful. We orginally booked 2 nights and then added 2 more. As our plans were not set in stone we even ended up booking 4 more nights at the end of our trip as well. Anything that touched the floor has hair that would cling to it even after my room was cleaned. Other than that, the room was very clean. The beds are a bit firm but that seems to be common across Japan."
