"Amazing hotel , best of our two week stay in Japan . The staff were lovely and very helpful in all aspects , from Check in , Concierge, and Cleaning staff . The hotel is super convenient for a Universal visit and much nicer being away from the maddening crowd of Universal City walk hotels . "Had a wonderful stay here. Rooms are a little small but made it work with 2A and 2C. Breakfast was plentiful and room amenities handy. Easy access to trains and a 7/11 and Family Mart super close. "

"Overall a good stay with easy to access train station directly in front of hotel entrance. Biggest issue was the very badly orientation of the furniture was extremely cramped and uncomfortable. Due to fear of damaging furniture I was unable to move anything and had to deal with the poorly designed room. "

"Very nice property located near popular Osaka! Condition is excellent with amenities like onsen, and laundry. Front staff are very friendly as well, helping with shipment our luggage to Tokyo. Staffs speaks great English. Only draw back we requested room clean-up after 2nd night however we only got towels hanging on the front door. We would recommend this hotel!"

"I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. They have a strict check in policy where you can’t get in one minute before the schedule check in time and the lobby gets filled with 100 people or more all waiting to check in, but they have five check in kiosk so the check-in goes fairly fast. They have a decent breakfast buffet that also gets really crowded. Even if you go as soon as it opens there will be a line. I don’t know if that’s cultural, but everybody seems to want to have their breakfast early so...

"It was a mixed bag. We had 2 rooms - one was great, one said newly renovated but looked anything like it (had old bathtub, small etc). Bellboy was not helpful, but people at the desk were helpful. Far from tourist attractions, but redeeming factor was the shuttle bus running every 15 mins that goes to osaka station. "

"This hotel was amazing for our plan to go to Universal Studios! Great location! Staff was so nice. They have a money exchange machine with an ok rate there but very convenient. They have different food options on site as well which is very helpful. Overall very enjoyable stay in a great location and walkable to the park and the City Place area with lots of restaurants."
