"Great hotel in a great location! We had a very relaxing experience at this place. The pillows were a bit hard but the room had plenty of space and the mattress was comfortable. This was our first time staying at an onsen and while they can get a bit crowded at peak times they were very clean and a great way to relax at the end of the day. "

"The train, subway and airport bus terminal are conveniently located nearby. The big supermarket is just downstairs. Reception staff were very helpful and professional. What needs to improve is the toilet which seems to have a stench when we first entered the bathroom and even after room makeup."

"Great location and fantastic staff. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. Can’t fault the service. Heaps of restaurants within walking distance and a convenience store across the roads ensure very easy access to dining options. Also within walkable distance to other shopping and nightlife, and very close to a train station. Rooms were basic and dated but fine. Little things such as no USB points in the room and couldn’t cast to TV were noticeable. Overall, though I would consider staying...

"Upon checking in, there is a coffee “bar” providing a self service V60 pour over experience. What a great idea! The room and the waterfall shower were wonderful. Centrally located, it checks all the boxes. "

"They give clean bed/ pillow sheets every time they clean. Towels ok. Last few days were newer and fluffy, otherwise hotel hard towels. They may organize your bathroom amenities. If you care; it was neat. "

"Second time booking at this property. We upgraded to their grand room as the cozy is a little small. Room is very luxurious for the price point. Best part of the hotel is the shuttle bus to Osaka station. Allowed me to save lots of time figuring out the metro system and less worries on navigation"

"Amazing hotel in easy walking distance to so many shopping and transportation areas. The staff was very helpful, and our 2-bedroom had its own laundry machine. Definitely try the hotel games, especially the hidden room!"
