"Language barrier is a problem and making the birthday arrangement for cake on down low was not easily planned. Misunderstanding plus wanted to charge higher price… found out they provide cakes for free and they make many desserts at the restaurant. Finally it worked out… unnecessary fuss could have been avoided. Great peaceful location."

"Really enjoyable holiday, very friendly and attentive staff, very good main buffet and option to go a la carte in Italian and French restaurants. Excellent facilities for kids and easy access to the beach, with a shuttle bus to take you back up to the main areas if you didn’t want to walk. Lots of differing evening entertainment and we had 3 good massages in the spa. Overall very little to criticise other than the green keeper on the mini golf needed to get his broom out to sweep the course!! otherwise the site's grounds are immaculate."

" The Hotel was amazing and we really enjoyed our stay as a family. The view of the red sea was beautiful, the beaches were were nice with great snorkeling spots, and the layout of the hotel made for a nice walk in the evening. The restaurant had a large selection with good food. The spa was very relaxing with option for woman only for Muslims. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. They were quick to help with replacing the broken phone in the room. There was also a kids play area and lots of different pools. They also had well priced and convenient evening shuttle services to naama bay, soho square, and old market/ al Sahaba Mosque (which is a quick taxi ride to Farsha cafe). It was the perfect place to stay in Sharm El Sheikh. We were able to explore and do everything we wanted to in Sharm with the help of the hotel staff. We would definitely stay again.
