"We stayed at a room with a balcony and the view was actually amazing. The breakfast is basic but good. The service is good too as I asked them for help to print something and it was so quick and easy. What I love is the location as it is 2 mins away from the train station. We were there for New Year and we get to see the city's fireworks from the balcony. However, this hotel does not provide a kettle nor a fridge so if you do need them, you might be able to ask the staff for help. There is a vending machine just near the lift if you do need a drink. This hotel is also near a lot of shops and there is a tram just in front of the hotel that goes straight to the city centre. "

"Hotel staff was very accommodating. The bed was comfortable and the service was great. Very close the train station, about a 5 minute walk. Great local restaurants within walking distance. Also great location for visiting the historical sites. "
