"Friendly staff, slightly dated furniture and bath fixtures in room. Excellent breakfast and breakfast room attendants, and helpful front desk staff. Walkable location to nearly all you need in the city center, including from train station. We appreciated the luggage storage when we arrived early, and felt very comfortable that the staff had our property stored securely for us. "

"The hotel was undergoing renovation. Rooms are very small and the bolt on the door was not working (which cannot even be raised when you are a solo traveler). The breakfast staff were a bit rude, for instance trying to have me relocate where I was seated for breakfast because I was close to where the staff were talking to each other. The room was clean and in a convenient location. The gentleman at the front desk was very helpful and brought me tea when I was under the weather. "

"The location could not be better. The check-in process was efficient and friendly. We were pleasantly surprised to learn that breakfast and the minibar contents were included in the room rate. We received a voucher for a welcome glass of prosecco or coffee and found gifts of wine and coffee waiting for us in the room. When my husband was feeling unwell, the front desk arranged for housekeeping to makeup our room during the hour we were out for lunch. We loved this hotel!"
