"Views are nice on the beach side of hotel. Quiet. One thing, not sure if it was hotel policy but when we arrived I had to take my luggage and stack them on the bell hop cart myself. Other than that great stay. "

"Hotel was under going major renovations — which we weren’t made aware of until AFTER booking. The room, hallways, and surrounding areas were very nice, however the construction made it a hassle to get around — especially with luggage. They put our car in valet parking and took our keys like a valet service, but did nothing but hand our keys back to us when we went to pickup our car and then looked at me like they expected a tip. I had to run out in the rain to even get the employees attention!...

"The location is excellent and the second floor patio has a great view. This old hotel has some beautiful details like tile floors and nice tile work in the bathroom. However, it’s clear they are relying on the location to sell the place and not bothering much with upkeep and service. Check-in was frustrating.
