"A nice but not great hotel in downtown Santa Barbara. The hotel has some good facilities (parking - for a fee, gym, bar and restaurant). The location is good for exploring downtown and the beach (bike, or a 25 min walk). We had some issues with noise outside the room in the early mornings; one day due to a delivery, the other due to an unhoused person. "Large rooms, with double sink in bathroom. Service is friendly and efficient. Cosy bar area. Hotel is right across from the beach and within an easy walk to the Funk Zone and shops and restaurants on State St. We’ve stayed at this hotel the last four years at Christmas. A good find."
