"A very beautiful resort, the food was above most resorts we have stayed at….we liked it very much. Our problem was the daily towel game to ‘reserve’ pool chairs. We have a couple timeshares that police this chair saving to 1 hour and then towels are removed. We didnt have any prob at the beach but we went by 8:30am. "The resort overall was great. Food was solid and drinks were good. Multiple pools to go to and never had to get up early to get loungers at any of them. The beach is nice but the water does not get deep so you can’t actually swim in it which was disappointing. We were a group of 6 and never had an issue getting a table together for any of our meals. "We will be back for sure - this place has many options for kids and adults alike. Only horrible experience is the Front Desk. Transfer from Airport did not work. Half the family missing on registration documents. Upgrade promised - and not delivered (only after protest granted). Front Desk is totally disorganized and everything takes for ever. "
