They tried to cover the smell with perfume and cleaning supplies, which made it worse. We asked to change rooms and they moved us up one floor, the room was so tiny we could not open our bags but it was better than the smelly room. This room had a shower so small that my head nearly hit the top of it. We did not have hot water any of the 3 days we stayed. I would not...

"This property is located inside the "Ciudad Amurallada". Excellent customer service. They are all smiles and friendly staff. Excellent breakfast ( free). We cool off inside the pool after our walk. Right across the street, we visited a wonderful restaurant. If you are interested in a place to be comfortable to sleep and cool off at the end of the day, this is it. You may have to walk upstairs and if you are unable that could be a problem, no elevators, but if you need help with your luggage just...

"I am requesting a refund for this stay. My second day in the house the ceiling was leaking. I came back after a night out to my Louis Vuitton luggage being destroyed and the clothes in my suitcase destroyed bc the ceiling had leaked onto my items for what had seem to be hours. I contacted the property manager and he sent someone to check on the Problem but the damage had already been done at this point."
