Find Hotel with a Concierge in Salvador

" Fiquei muito decepcionada . Quando cheguei no hotel , a recepcionista mal olha pra vc , chegou um funcionario me acompanhou sem falar nada para o quarto , abriu a porta do quarto, o mesmo sem seguranca o quarto não tem ventilação adequada , roupa de cama nao estava limpa , e moveis do quarto estavam sujos . Questinei que nao era aquele quarto que tinha fechado ele informou que estavam todos lotados e so tinha aquele . Acho que agem de má fe porque nao temos reembolso . Nao recomendo...

"This hotel is a few steps away from a public beach, you could almost walk from the pool area to the beach if not for the fence. The hotel staff were all very pleasant and helpful. The grounds are beautiful. We were a group of 15 and we made use of the common area downstairs a lot. The breakfast buffet was delicious with many options. I have zero complaints and would definitely stay here again"

"Experiência com altos e baixos, contudo, percebemos que há esforço por parte da gerência de que o atendimento seja excelente. Pontos altos: quartos muito bonitos e confortáveis e alimentação com qualidade e variedade excepcional. Pontos baixos: Alguns atendentes mal humorados e que se recusaram a atender solicitações ou atenderam visivelmente contrariados, em um outro dia, houve demora na reposiçao de sabonete e toalhas. Outro ponto que não gostamos muito foi o fato de que é preciso se deslocar...

"Gerardo is a great host! I felt at home during my stay here. The property is close to Pelourinho, in a residential area, which is quiet and parking was easy to find. The breakfast is delicious. Highly recommended if you want somewhere walking distance to the old town."
