Hotel no bairro do Stiep, região no meio de Salvador (entre o Aeroporto e o Centro Histórico), próximo ao Shopping da Bahia e Salvador Shopping. Recepção prestativa. Café da manhã farto (peçam a tapioca aos atendentes que será feita de forma personalizada, mas não há aviso sobre omisso). O quarto possui bom tamanho e é limpo, assim como o banheiro - porém, precisamos acionar a limpeza duas vezes pois saímos, avisamos na recepção e mesmo assim não foi feita (detalhe a melhorar no hotel). Serviço de quarto idêntico ao Restaurante Cedro (que fica no Primeiro Andar) e que deve ser pago na hora do consumo. Reposição de água e bebidas do frigobar passou apenas uma vez sem ser acionada. Funcionário Ícaro da recepção extremamente prestativo e solucionou muitas questões que apresentamos ao hotel. Hospedagem ideal para negócios mas também propícia ao turismo (caso você não se importe de não ficar tão próximo a alguma praia).

Infelizmente, pegamos um quarto com problema no vaso sanitário. Isso se prolongou pela estadia, o que poderia ter sido resolvido com a mudança para outro quarto no primeiro dia. A limpeza também deixou a desejar, não havendo lavagem do banheiro e nem troca da roupa de cama. Algumas sujeiras ficaram no chão por 5 dias. Eu esperava bem mais de um Quality.

A estadia foi excelente mas...
A estadia inicialmente foi muito boa, funcionários excelentes, o quarto extremamente limpo e cheiroso, o problema veio no sábado quando fui para piscina com a minha namorada, nela tinha vários insetos mortos e água que entrou no meu ouvido acabou infeccionando ele, eu acordei já no dia seguinte com várias dores no ouvido e tive que fazer check out mais cedo por isso, não sei se a piscina estava suja ou meu ouvido estava muito sensível, porém, isso estragou o meu domingo com minha namorada.

Uma certa decepção
Na recepção, a primeira impressão foi de que o recepcionista estava um tanto quanto mal humorado. Entendo, pois também trabalho com atendimento ao público, e sei quão difícil é. No entanto, nos pareceu que ele estava um pouco impaciente. Porém, mais importante do que isto foi a nossa surpresa ao adentrarmos um dos quartos reservados e encontrá-lo completamente desarrumado: cama desforrada, toalhas no chão do banheiro e com aspecto de ter sido recém-desocupado. Tal situação foi rapidamente contornada e resolvida na recepção com a troca do quarto, contudo encontramos a cortina deste segundo quarto muito suja e com cheiro de mofo, as camas sem almofadas e o corredor de cama para protegê-la. Também não tinha bloco nem caneta para anotações. Já fiquei hospedada outras vezes no Quality e era muito diferente, parece que perdeu um pouco do cuidado que existia anteriormente. Mas, no geral, foi uma estadia tranquila. Gostaria de retornar outras vezes e encontrar melhorias em relação aos aspectos mencionados.
