The property was super clean, friendly and very accommodating staff, quiet, provided abundant and delicious breakfast (a huge spread of healthy food and decadent options), beautiful pool and grounds, excellent gym, play areas for kids, hang out areas for teens with table tennis and pool table, beautiful decor. It was like a Spa experience for the family. Pets are allowed!

Service is second to none. Excellent food. There are a few improvements I'd suggest: better entertainment (pool activities very poor, no volleyball court, no live music qt the bar, cpuld be piano or voice and guitar). Check in and check out need more agility.

estrutura boa, quarto muito bom, colchão, travesseiros, chuveiro e todos itens de banheiro, tudo mutio bom, agora os defeitos: apenas 2 elevadores para atender todos os quartos, ou seja, fila o tempo inteiro ara poder usar o elevador, e os bangalos não são disponiveis, so mediante pagamento de 370 reais revestido em consumação, achei isso um absurdo, a melhor área do hotel, so pode ser usada mediante pagamento e disponibilidade de reserva.
