Worst hotel I have been. The rooms are falling apart and the bed is so uncomfortable that I couldn’t sleep during my stay. They don’t provide the basics (no blanket, no hand towel, only one thin pillow). I DO NOT recommend this hotel at all.

Worst Hotel Experience – Avoid at All Costs! I wish I had something positive to say about this hotel, but unfortunately, my experience was awful from start to finish. • Outdated and Poorly Maintained: The hotel is extremely outdated, and the rooms lack even the most basic necessities. • No Proper Bedding: There were no blankets, just a thin bedsheet that barely covered the mattress. • Minimal Towels: For two guests, we were given only one towel—no face towels, no extras. • Security Concerns: The door didn’t seem secure, and when I went to the front desk to complain, the staff was unbelievably rude and dismissive. • Faulty Amenities: The TV barely worked, there were exposed electrical cables, and the shower drain was clogged, causing water to back up every time we used it. This hotel was a complete disappointment. I would never stay here again and strongly advise others to book elsewhere!

O grande problema foi uma obra do lado do meu quarto! Fiquei três dias sendo acordado as 7h com barulho de marreta, furadeira e todo tipo de barulho de obra, só depois de 3 dias me passaram para um quarto no 4 andar que naomtinha barulho.

Só vale a localização

Atendimento bom e ótima localização. A cama, travesseiro e lençóis deixaram a desejar. O café da manhã é bem ruim a começar que só tem margarina pra passar no pão, o café é super amargo de péssima qualidade. Da pra se virar, tem o básico, uma fruta ou outra, ovo mexido, bolos mas bom não é.

O atendimento e exelente, Rose e Viviane são atenciosas e simpáticas. A acomodação e satisfatória. Ropa de cama e banho ruins, falta tapetes e toalhas de rosto., as toalhas e jogo de cama são muito velos e rasgados.

Péssima a experiência.

Experiência muito ruim, as meninas na recepção foram educadas, mas cobram pro carro ficar no estacionamento do hotel, os elevadores são muito antigos pelo visto não tem manutenção. Os quartos são bem ruins, camas e colchões velhos, lençóis estão marrons de tão encardidos, banheiro com box super pequeno e q alaga pq a água não desce no ralo, o cheiro de esgoto no banheiro é forte, toalhas velhas e amareladas. A piscina parece um tanque fora q é suja, o café da manhã é sem opções e bem fraco. O hotel precisa urgente de uma grande reforma.

Fui muito bem atendido, ponto positivo, boa localização e funcionários atenciosos. Pontos negativos para o estacionamento que é cobrado por fora e no quarto que ficamos colocaram duas camas de solteiro como se fosse de casal, resultando em uma noite mal dormida.

Adorei a localização do hotel, perto de tudo que é turístico em Rio Vermelho, sem dúvidas. Pra festa de Iemanjá foi minha escolha por ser perto da casa de Iemanjá, mas agora vai ser minha escolha sempre ! Única observação seria em relação as instalações, devido a ótima localização, deveria inovar as acomodações, arquitetura bem antiga. Atende a necessidade, mas geraria mais conforto. Apenas isso!

Hotel tranquilo, localização perfeita.
