"If you have lived in Brazil this place will be great. If you haven't you might want to stay away. This place has the best location right on the beach. Just beware that the street lights don't turn off at night and people are up late and then others are up really early and aren't quiet. The AC worked great once I figured out I had to turn on a little breaker first. We stayed on the top floor that they have seemed to turn the roof to into 3 rooms with make shift walls. We saw 2 cockroaches which...

"Well located, but tired premises. Somewhere between a hostel & a hotel. The room we stayed in was very tired & very steep stairs (60 ) with no lift. Excellent location 5 minutes from the square"

"The ceiling started pouring water onto the bed. The staff kind of just shrugged and didn’t offer us anything. Granted they only spoke portugese and we were leaving shortly after but still."

"AC was leaking all over the wall and the floor. They sent someone to fix it but it was leaking during my whole stay. They did offer to change my room but I was already settled in and said no. They did make the bed and change the towels every day. Breakfast was lackluster but included with the stay. Other guests were extremely noisy when walking up and down the stairs, especially the kids who were vocally loud as well while running up and down the stairs. "

"We ordered the "suite" and it was so bad! You cant close fully the windows and the door so we had moscitos, the door of the toilet is uncloseable and the doorof the shower didnt work at all. Terrible breakfast... the staff doesn't know english at all! We were here for one night and it was more than enough. The staff doesn't tell you anything, not the breakfast time nor the wifi password"

"Staff is lovely. Rooms are spacious and beautiful. We did not feel safe at all outside of the Pousada at any point. During the day, street vendors will harass you. During the night, shady cars with full blacked out windows will cruise through the street slowly. Lots of homeless people will approach you. Staff at restaurants do not seem welcoming to tourists."

"Hotel not for tourists. signs warn "no one under the age of 18 permitted on premisis." Rooms are windowless, beds/sheets old. TV has only porn and crime news. Neighborhood deserted at night."

"The place is not friendly. The walkway from the gate to the main entrance is not easy to carry luggage because the floor is uneven with mixed with wood and grass. I stayed on room 10 the bathroom is about 24X24 inches with a pillar "

"No 24h reception as advertised. We didn't have the front door key, so we had to phone call someone to open the door or bang the door until heard. Bathroom door doesn't close. The assigned room had the wrong number of beds. We only had breakfast one of the two days because the cook was away due to low demand. There wasn't any water available on breakfast."

"difícil de achar o local porque a numeração na avenida aumenta e diminui. O local é muito quente , sem ar condicionado, geladeira velha e não fecha direito , limpeza inadequada com cheiro de mofo, recepção sem estrutura mínima apesar de boa vontade do funcionário"

"A localização é boa, a rua é tranquila e bem próxima da rua principal. O quarto possui camas confortáveis e possui cozinha com alguns utensílios. A limpeza estava muito bem feita e as funcionárias são gentis e atenciosas. O ponto fraco é a intromissão da proprietária. Alugo apartamento para ter mais privacidade, mas não foi o que ocorreu."
