O hotel possui uma excelente localização, chuveiro e cama muito bons. Ar condicionado muito bom. Café da Manhã padrão com opções de frutas, pães, ovos, suco, café e iorgute. A estrutura do hotel é muito antiga e falta manutenção. Elevadores, portas e forro do teto não estão em boas condições.

Fiquei 5 dias hospedado no hotel. Os lençóis, toalhas e panos eram velhos. O quarto, apesar de arrumado, não parecia bem preservado. Quase não tem tomadas. Não me hospedaria novamente.

Atendimento péssimo dos recepcionistas, mesmo em dias diferentes. O café da manhã deixou muito a desejar, ovos verde, batata doce ruim, conseguiram deixar a comida péssima. O hotel parece estar abandonado. A localização é muito boa.

Precisamos trocar de quarto devido muitos mofos na parede. Roupa de cama e banho terrivelmente encardidas. A reposição do cafe da manhã é péssima, se não for nos primeiros horários não pega um café da manha bom. Mal odor nos banheiros, parece vim da encanação. Acho que tentam mascarar a necessidade de manutenção do hotel com pinturas brancas. Equipe de funcionários no geral foram atenciosos e atenderam bem a necessidade de troca do quarto.

Critica construtiva.
Poderiam melhorar o enxoval do quarto ( toalhas em estado deplorável), lençóis em péssimo estado. O triste é que o Hotel está bem localizado, mas precisa melhorar essas condições e certamente poderá até conquistar mais estrelas e assim ter um retorno maior. Preço acessivel, mas as condições do enxoval...lamentável.
