"The hotel is dated, in poor repair. Only one of the two elevators was working. The room had nothing in it, no cups, soap, etc. completely bare except bedding and towels. The safe was missing its door. View was of construction."

"The hotel was way more expensive for what it has provided . The rooms were in bad condition and not clean enough, the pictures Provided in Expedia do not show the real conditions of the hotel , be aware. "

"The room we stayed was near the entrance and next to a machine the would make a blower noise ridiculous loud for few hours, the general staff very friendly except for the check in people that don’t have an welcoming attitude. In terms of food, entertainment and everything else it was great. "

"Close to the beach, but didn't feel very safe at night. We liked the hotel though. The room we got had a seaview and was clean. Some smell in the lobby, near the stairs, like mold or bad ventilation. We chose the hotel based on the location primarily. Close to the beach and the airport, which was good, as we stayed only for 1 night before continuing our journey from the airport. Wifi had good signal but was so slow that I decided to use my own from my cell phone."

"Experiência com altos e baixos, contudo, percebemos que há esforço por parte da gerência de que o atendimento seja excelente. Pontos altos: quartos muito bonitos e confortáveis e alimentação com qualidade e variedade excepcional. Pontos baixos: Alguns atendentes mal humorados e que se recusaram a atender solicitações ou atenderam visivelmente contrariados, em um outro dia, houve demora na reposiçao de sabonete e toalhas. Outro ponto que não gostamos muito foi o fato de que é preciso se deslocar...

"A equipe do hotel é comprometida com o bem estar dos hóspedes e fazem o possível para a comodidade e bem estar. O café da manhã é excelente para o estilo buffet brasileiro. Por outro lado, as instalações do hotel precisam de urgente atenção. São paredes sujas, com mofo, roupa de cama e toalhas velhas e em mau estado de conservação. Eu não me.hospedaria novamente, a não ser que fossem melhorados os pontos negativos."

"Stayed here for Carnaval. Pros: Staff was nice Some of the front desk personnel speak English or Spanish Room was clean There is a spa with sauna, steam room and shower Cons: Rooms don’t have a microwave No luggage rack inside the room No drawers to put your clothes away Staff only permits guests with small children to use their microwave There was only one woman making tapiocas and omelets so the wait was long.
