Básico que entrega o que promete.
Recepção excelente. Cozinha caótica. Apesar do empenho notável das duas atendentes, eram poucas para tamanha demanda. Por ser um feriado prolongado o hotel estava lotado e no café da manhã faltava de talher a leite, do queijo aos ovos. Na porta de entrada do espaço do café da manhã, uma funcionária estava tão preocupada em conferir a entrada dos hóspedes e totalmente avessa, sem nenhum senso de equipe. Sequer entrou pra auxliar as colegas ao menos pra recolher uma mesa, repor um item. Triste! Tirando isto, entrega o que promete, menos xampú. (rs)

Atendeu as nossas necessidades quanto à localização e comodidades. Atendimento na recepção excelente, o mesmo valor para a limpeza dos ambientes. Tenho observações somente quanto ao travesseiro usado (muito baixo) e à espessura da parede que nos permite escutar o que ocorre no quarto ao lado.

Pontos negativos. Quarto pequeno e na locomoção interna para a janela, devido a cama ser de casal, fica apertado a locomoção, sugiro uma cama redonda. No andar que fiquei achei que que a acústica do quarto não é legal, escutamos muito barulho, principalmente pela manhã. Toalhas de banho muito pequena.Pontos positivos: localização, ar condicionado e limpeza.
