The hotel facilities were top-notch, from the clean and spacious rooms to the well-maintained pools and activities. The staff was attentive and friendly, always going out of their way to ensure I had everything I needed and that I felt comfortable. One thing that really stood out was how safe I felt during my entire stay. The security measures were thorough, and there was always a sense of care from the team, which added to my peace of mind. "This property was a ball of fun. My particular room wasn’t the greatest in terms of cleanliness of the desk and counter or have well-maintained decor but I still had a 5-star stay and still very much liked the room. I enjoyed the view from the balcony, the shower, the minibar, and the comfortable bed. Food options were great and there’s a fun little disco and beach/pool area."
