"Great property, restaurants, food, atmosphere were fantastic. It is an older property and some things need updating. The Spa pool/baths area is dated and some things needed repairs/replacement. If the Spa isn’t your thing then you have nothing to worry about. Rooms are large, clean and the Butler Service is outstanding! Owen and Orain were our Butlers and they went way above and beyond for us. Always having something special in our room when we returned. Would highly recommend building 5 floor 2 where they were working. Will be going back because of them! Beach area pools and bars are all conveniently located. Rum tasting with Michele at JOIA was also outstanding! Very knowledgeable and he took the time to explain the history of Rum and all its complexities. We’ve gained a newfound appreciation for Rum now. Recommendation to the resort would be to update Joia’s theatre entertainment but that’s a minor recommendation. "
