He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in planning day trips to black river by boat with a few stops to include pelican bar and a local crab shack on the river. He recommended YS falls for a day trip, beautiful! We did leave the villa to grab lunch at Jack sparrows and spend some time with the locals at treasure beach. The home is dated but has all the amenities. Mark the owner was also very responsive before the trip to finalize any questions. The housekeeper and gardener were there every morning working efficiently and gave great conversation . Thank you for a wonderful Jamaican experience "

"Comfortable, clean, well appointed, air conditioned bedrooms, with WiFi and private pool. The surrounding community was also very welcoming and the local food fresh and made to order. Beach access steps away from the property with local mascot, pinky the dog leading the way. We enjoyed our stay 💯"

"Amazing site, lush vegetation, multiple places to relax and enjoy the scenery. Great pool, kayaks, etc. Two houses is also a plus. Beach relatively small but clean. Unfortunately the two villas show their age: old furniture but generally clean. Our main problem with this rental was that the kitchen was dirty. Dishes and utensils had food residus, many of the small appliances (toaster, coffee machine, etc were dirty and stained) and the kitchen was infested by ants. There is no garbage can in the kitchen likely because it woudl attract even more ants. The kitchen needs a thorough cleaning and getting rids of ants."
