"This property is beautiful and very relaxing it also has an amazing beach. I would not recommend the rooms with a private pool as they are shaded in the morning and evening, we never used our pool due to no sun. I would recommend staying in the beach houses they are directly on the beach with beautiful views. We went to the beach everyday, was able to get Bali beds and chaises with no problem with no extra cost. Beautiful resort I would definitely recommend, we have stayed at most Excellence resorts, this one is definitely the nicest."

"I booked an ocean view room for my sister and I to celebrate her birthday. We thoroughly enjoyed our time. Lots of activities each day at the resort to participate in or just laying on the beach was incredible. Facilities all around seemed and felt clean and up to date. Food was tasty. All staff were very friendly and helpful. We ran into one incident during our stay, that was immediately rectified and I was pleased about how it was handled. After running a bath at the end of the night to relax, the bathtub began to leak all over the room floor. I called the front desk to let them know of the situation. The woman at the front desk sent a bellhop to move our belongings to another ocean view room on the same floor, along with a pair of the maintenance team to fix the tub. My sister sister and I had a fantastic time & thinking about returning this year!"
