"Our stay at Ocean Eden Bay was absolutely amazing! The rooms were spotless, and the staff was always cordial and welcoming. The steakhouse had great food, and we really enjoyed our dinner there. A special shoutout to Sheeka for the lovely goodbye music and her attention, it made the experience even more memorable. Our friend Omario was fantastic throughout our stay, always helpful and friendly. Gerardo, the photographer, was also great, capturing beautiful moments for us. Overall, a wonderful trip, and we can’t wait to come back!"

"This was our third trip to OCS in 3 years, but our first as a couple (w/out the family). So many team members remembered us from prior stays, welcomed us warmly, and rolled out the red carpet for us. 1) Our room was gorgeous, cozy as always, and conveniently designed, with a great view of the resort, and everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The complimentary Blackwell Rum with cinnamon sticks and bottle of wine were a fantastic touch, along with the well-stocked minibar. They were so appreciated. 2) The staff and service were superb for the most part. Extra special kudos to: Sherri-Ann (Check-In) and Angie (Check-Out); Remando (Bell-Hop); Anodia (Housekeeping); Stefani, Simon and Team Martha's Market; Akim (Thali Indian Restaurant); Jeldean (Chef), Alicia (Hostess), Kimberly, Shellian (Waiters), and the gentleman who diligently kept the floors immaculate at breakfast each morning at Red Snapper Restaurant and finally Shanardo Weston and Petria from Guest Services who so kindly gifted us a room upgrade for our next stay 😊 3) The food was good. Sakura was fun and high energy, but Thali was beautiful, pleasantly tasty and the service by Akim (and her birthday singers) was exceptional - now my favourite specialty restaurant there. 4) Sadly the Lazy River was partially out of commission, and I wasn't a big fan of the beach, but the pool, bowling alley and Wed night beach party were 👌👌. These are all the reasons why we'll keep making it OCS for our vactions."

"This has been the best vacation ever thanks to the exquisite taste and services received by the ENTIRE staff at JOIA ROSE HALL IBEROSTAR. The grounds, the service, the food, the ambiance is a perfect combination for a top tier adult getaway. But words don't do it justice when it comes to the personal butler upgrade!! Ralston, Kaden and Gary have made each and every day and night special from checking in daily, securing items and/or experiences for us, nightly turn down service, ironing services for our dinner plans, a beautiful romantic bath setup for a late night rendezvous in our jacuzzi and the list goes on! Huge thank you to Chantal at the front desk for taking care of us at check-in ensuring we received beyond 5-star service and also to our concierge Georgina for her added bonuses as well! We will absolutely return! THANK YOU for such a phenomenal vacation!"
