"My stay was well spent at Golfview. I have absolutely no regrets making this choice. The place has a "homey" feel to it. I needed a place that is clean, felt safe and comfortable with a great ambiance. Golfview provided all of the above with the added benefit of a great lounge to hang out and have a drink or to eat sumptuous meals on evenings along with and excellent complimentary breakfast choices on mornings. I highly recommend Golfview Hotel in Mandeville for your vacation while in Jamaica regardless of length of stay. Above all else, the hotel is very much affordable for the array of benefits that are provided. Looking forward to a return soon. Big up to Golfview and its wonderful staff!"

"This property is amazing. Was a little skeptical when the driver turned in on a dirt road but as soon as we pass the front gate, it was as if we were transported to a tropical paradise. The views in the backyard are incredible. The house is always clean. Rose the housekeeper and Ricky the groundsman, were amazing. Felt safe knowing that they were there. Highly recommend having Rose cook for you. She cooked us breakfast and dinner every night. So worth it. Will absolutely come back with the family again. Highly reccommend this porperty. "

"The property is beautiful. My family and I throughly enjoyed the environment. I would only recommend that for future references have a way of providing better directions to the property. We ask the guard at the gate for assistance with getting from entrance to the property but she had no idea where to direct us. We drove around going to all the areas until we finally found it. Other than that I have no complaints."

"The parking was easy and the hotel is in a lovely position surrounded by blue sea. We were warmly welcomed with complimentary bottles of water and a welcome rum punch or beer. We were also given an upgrade to a front facing room which was much appreciated. The super king sized bed was really comfortable. There was a large fridge, kettle and mugs provided, just take your own coffee. The shower had plenty of hot water. The air con unit is quiet and works well, it is peaceful and we slept really well. You get a lovely sunset which we enjoyed from the gazebo which is lit with fairy lights. Dinner and breakfast were both excellent in quality and the menus are really nice, although some of the ingredients may be missing (Greek salad minus the feta) The callaloo parcels were just divine! I wanted the chefs signature herb crusted chicken but was warned off by the waitress saying it would take an hour to cook. Instead we ordered chicken pasta and goat curry which then took over an hour and a half to arrive. By the time our main course arrived 2h after we’d initially sat down we were past wanting to eat much. The locals seem to know to order in advance so it is ready when they arrive. If we had stayed longer, we would have done that for breakfast and dinner. It was the only thing that we didn’t like, you do want to wait over an hour for breakfast."
