"The night I stayed the petrol station next to hotel was being refurbished. That meant jack hammers and floodlights throughout the night - the poor staff didnt know anything about it until they started and were very apologetic - staff were very good. Professional, welcoming, friendly and helpfull. However - the room I stayed in was a bit grubby (lights on side of bed showed how dusty the room and carpet were). "We booked a family room for three people but when we got to the room it was not prepared for three. However when we went down to reception they gave us all the necessary linen for us to make up the bed ourselves and towels. Not enough coffee/tea provided either. Overall though, very clean and comfortable."
