"Everything was lovely, the a little run down. Where our room was was very noisy and we didn’t get much sleep. The room was comfy but dated and some things didn’t work ie telephone and a lamp. The staff and food were really lovely "

"This hotel has everything you need to enjoy your stay. From food, casino, spa, shopping, lovely outdoor water and staff are lovely too. I usually come here to get a break and relax. The rooms are spacious and relaxing. I would say the parking for VIP needs alot of work and has gone up from £15.00 to £20.00. I have a disability and have to use it due to mobility issues. But if you use the casino or shopping or food, its £3.00 or free. So it doenst make sense. Apart from the parking in VIP...
