"Checkin was very good even got our bags carried to our room by a very polite staff member but Breakfast service was rather slow especially waiting 15 minutes for a coffee despite the place not being busy and very unfortunate that a guest was on the phone speaking very loudly spoiling the ambience of the hotel The spa was extremely good but needs pre booking before you arrive "

"Staff were really friendly and the hotel was brilliant for what we needed with walking into the city centre. Special shout out to Emmanuel in the Club Lounge, he was excellent, very polite and great customer er service!"

Worth paying that little bit more!

"Beautiful hotel, with excellent facilities. Maintained to a very high standard, and extremely comfortable. Lovely food in the restaurant for both evening meal and breakfast. Staff polite, courteous and efficient. There are cheaper hotels around, but glad we paid a little extra to stay in this one. Would/will definitely stay here again."
