"Staff at the hotel were so kind and attentive. Helped us with wheel chair rental and taxi reservation to the airport. Coin laundry was so helpful. Our room was always kept clean. Stayed in room 1517 and the view from the window was amazing!. We had breakfast buffet for 6 mornings at Ariake. Never get tired of the food, especially the French toast! We would definitely come back to stay at Okura. Thank you,"

"Great place and great service. Check in can take a while when there is a line. They need a better way to do that. Otherwise, very happy with the location and the hotel is modern and the rooms are convenient. You can hear the train if you get a lower level room so I recommend a higher floor if that bothers you. "
