"The staff of the resort sets this place apart from the competition. They were extremely helpful and easily accessible. The beach was clean and expansive, very easy to find 'the perfect spot'. The activity staff was great, so fun and welcoming. Yummy who conducted the Aerobic Fit classes was our very favorite!"

"Very nice property and great staff. My only complaint is that it is noisy. I’m not talking about the music and pool activities (it is the Hard Rock after all) but the rooms and hallways are noisy. The hallways are like echo chambers. I suspect other beach resorts are the same since they can’t have carpeting on the floors. Still I enjoyed the stay and would highly recommend this resort"

"The Krystal Grand is a beautiful property, well kept, very clean, with very tentative and friendly staff. The food in the buffets was very tasty with a lot of variety and very good quality and friendy staff. We especially enjoyed interacting with Esther at breakfast each day. She is a delight, very outgoing, funny and a good server. The ala cart restaurants were very nice atmosphere, great food and professional staff.
