"Was not near downtown Florence, so would not suit someone wanting to be near the main attractions, museums etc. but neighborhood was safe and walkable with great gelato and dining options within short walk. We even were able to walk to the train station 35 ish minutes away with luggage for our departure. Property would not suit someone who could not do stairs. "

"I booked a room with private bath, but, when arrived had to insist on it as they had me in without one. Took much longer to get to any of sights than listed on line. Traffic noise so loud at night I couldn't sleep. I went next door for coffee and bakery goods, instead of coffee from machine and commercially packaged items served. Staff was helpful."

"pretty close to both bus and tram stations which was super convenient in order to get to the city center and grab food. gets pretty hot in the room and isn’t the cleanest"

"Alessandra and her father were very accommodating. The property was in good condition. A lack of a working elevator was an issue as it was on the top floor of a building. They said it was being installed, so maybe in the future it will be better. I liked how close it was to a fitness center and the train station. "We had a very comfortable stay at Hotel Globus. The room was clean and cozy with a good use of space and the breakfasts were also very good. The staff was also wonderful in helping us get a Taxi to our destination for dinner. "

"This is the second time we have stayed here while visiting Firenze. It is a lovely hotel with very helpful and friendly staff. They even recognized our 2nd stay and we had a chilled bottle of sparkling wine waiting for us in our room. The breakfast is delicious with a wide assortment of food and, again, very friendly staff! We walked to and from the train station with some difficulty because of our luggage, but a very easy walk to il Duomo, the Uffizi Gallery, and the Ponte Vecchio. A little further, but well worth the hike, is the Piazzelle Michaelangelo with the most amazing view of Florence!!! Such a beautiful city and a wonderful hotel! I would definitely recommend a balcony room for the magnificent view over the rooftops to the hills of Tuscany."
