"We were bumped by the Grange Blooms hotel into their less attractive but nearby sister hotel, the Grange Whitehall. Great location, but a very average hotel, falling apart a bit."

"The Grange Lancaster was shut and we had no information about this on the website. On arrival, the only information was a tiny notice on the entrance of the hotel redirecting us to another of the grange hotels. On arrival at that hotel, there was no record of our booking and was directed to a third hotel within the chain. We spent over an hour after a long journey trying to check in. "Stayed 8 nights here on our trip to London! Hotel was modern, clean, quiet and close to many restaurants. All of the staff were very nice and accommodating as well. Especially Joyce from the kitchen/room service, the doormen, and the servers at The Origin (the hotels restaurant). Would stay again!"
