Find Hotel with a Concierge in Retiro

"Location was outstanding in its proximity to attractions. "

"This is a beautiful hotel with wonderful staff, unfortunately a leak from the top floor impacted our stay as we came back from a day of touring and our bathroom was flooded. An offer of a reduction in our stay or a credit at the cafeteria attached would have been nice. The maintenance staff were quick to respond and were very polite."

"Lovely welcome and a room upgrade on arrival. Room was on a high floor with views into the distance. The room was spacious and clean. Like many hotels the light switches are unfathomably far away from the bed! The air con didn’t seem to cool the room but there were openable windows. And there were no USB sockets by the bed. But there was able free water and some snacks and the TV was able to Cast content from the phone. The hotel is in Retiro and not very central but great for a quick journey...

"Great location on the park. A bit of a walk from most tourist attractions but short walk to the Prado and train station which was convenient. Staff were very helpful. "

"Everything was good except the air conditioning Which did not work during the night which affected my night rest. Hopefully you can improve that, then it will be considered an excellent stay."
