"This is a beautiful hotel with wonderful staff, unfortunately a leak from the top floor impacted our stay as we came back from a day of touring and our bathroom was flooded. An offer of a reduction in our stay or a credit at the cafeteria attached would have been nice. The maintenance staff were quick to respond and were very polite."

"The location of this hotel is excellent and the staff were friendly and helpful. The family room were a great option for us. The place could be spruced up a bit and the bunk bed we had squeaked a lot. Also, the underside of the main bed does not look like it has seen a vacuum in quite a while. The location and cost we perfect for us!"

"Best location to walk and enjoy! We stayed for few days so every morning after delicious breakfast at hotel, walked in Retiro park! What a beauty at any season of year! Walked to Prado Museum (5 min) and 20 minute walk to Palace and all Major attractions and shopping. Had dinner in a Restaurant on property and it did not disappoint!"
