"This is my 3rd or 4th stay at Palmer House. It is now one of my most favorite places to stay. Its always been clean. The staff are extremely friendly. I love the "feel" when you come into the lobby. Its historical. It FEELS grand when you walk in. But its not pretentious. It feels like you have stepped into a special piece of history. I would recommend this hotel for anyone who wants to experience Chicago and its history, who wants something special and unique.
