"Amazing food and views! This resort is huge and there’s a lot of things to do. You can catch the free shuttle bus from the market to visit the sister property for more all inclusive things to do. This is our second time at this resort the staff is always friendly and there is and food is always good. We will definitely be back again! "

"The facility was under Reno during our stay, beside the noise by the pool this did not effect us (my son-2 would probably say it was a highlight). This was our first all/inclusive with a child and it was a great family facility. We usually go to Secrets resorts as a couple. The food wasn’t as a good as a Secrets standers but it was still good and lots of options. The Asian restaurant was awesome! What made our stay so great and a reason for us to come back was the staff! Everyone we met was so nice and helpful. Shoutout goes to Margarita -hostess Buffet restaurant for making us feel like family. Our son looked forward to seeing her every morning. Alejandro at the pool/outside waiters was always great to run into. Soo many more staff that I wish I would’ve gotten there names! And shout out to Mario Lopez and the entertainment staff, every day they had several kids activities lineup which kept us busy!"

"We very much enjoyed our vacation at the Krystal Grand San Jose Del Cabos and definitely plan to return. We stayed for 2 weeks. While the buffet restaurant food was excellent by the end of our stay we were wishing for a bit more variation. There are 4 other very good restaurants that serve meals à la carte. I understand that the hotel was built in 2017, so is relatively new. We do think the owners should start spending more money on maintenance and repairs as the rooms and furnishings are looking tired. We do not think it earns a 5 star rating. We can’t say enough about the staff. Everyone who served us was very friendly and helpful. Special kudos go out to Juan who managed the buffet restaurant and his staff; Rodrigo, the poolside server, who literally ran and Gabriel, who was our Expedia host. "

"Went in January and could see whales from the beach and room. Couple of the restaurants where getting renovated but still plenty of food options available, the ceviche restaurant was amazing and view was even better. The room was clean and turn down service was a nice touch. Everything worked as it should. My wife and i really enjoyed our stay there "
