"Overall the kindness of the staff made this an amazing stay. The hotel was very secure, I felt like I was coming to my home. I received everything that was offered and they went above and beyond to accomodate. The breakfast is a set menu but always delicious, healthy and filling. The view from the rooftop is amazing, loved having breakfast with an amazing view of Quito, el panecillo and the surrounding mountains. The night tour they offer is educational, fun and not very long (my personal preference). Will stay here again, no doubt."

"The staff of this location are exceptional. There was delicious made to order breakfast every morning. We relied heavily on the front desk staff since we speak little Spanish. They recommended lunch spots, called us taxis, and helped at every opportunity. The hotel is older but very clean. The front door is locked at all times and the front desk buzz you in and out. This added security helped us to feel safe at all times. I would definitely stay there again and recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a worry free stay. "
