"Such a beautiful place to stay. We couldn't have asked for better service. Two mornings we had to leave very early and a breakfast was provided for us. We needed some specific transporation and we had it. We wanted a few unique tours and we got them. We needed a room change (due to aging knees), and we got it. We couldn't have asked for a more beautiful place to also just hang out and play cards and relax inbetween our adventures."

"We had the best stay at this hotel. The hotel is lovely and the owner provides incredible service. We stayed with our 4 children for 2 nights after visiting the Galapagos. We are vegetarians and were provided with wonderful Ecuadorian breakfasts each morning that met our dietary needs. We explored the city on our own one day and saw so much. It is a beautiful city with so many amazing things to see. The area around the hotel is walkable to most attractions making it super convenient and we always felt safe, even getting dinner at night. The owner gave us a personalized tour the final day and we learned so much about the city and Ecuadorian culture. He also arranged transportation to and from the airport. If you are coming to Quito, book this hotel! It will make your vacation extra special. "

The staff pampered my family and introduced us to Ecuadorian new year traditions on the rooftop terrace with the other guests that was a memorable and unexpected way to ring in the new year. The restaurant is a fabulous showcase of Ecuadorian cuisine and excellent cocktails and fine wine. First class in every respect. I recommend without reservation."

"Clean and conveniently located family hotel for a few days in Quito. Four of use fit in one room, and its private patio was nice. The water was hot and the included breakfast was reliable. There was street noise, but it was worth it to be just a few blocks from the main plaza. "
