"We had an amazing stay at Hotel Casa Ecuatreasures Centro Histórico! From the moment we made the reservation until checkout, Hernan was with us every step of the way to ensure our experience was flawless. Shortly after booking, Hernan reached out to confirm our arrival time, and when we got to the hotel, he was waiting for us. He even provided us with an early check-in, which was a huge help. Hernan took the time to walk us through all the interesting sites in Quito using a map, which was extremely helpful since it was our first time in the Historic Centre. The hospitality didn’t stop there—he surprised us with a complimentary room upgrade with a stunning view of the streets and the city! Hernan checked in daily, giving us updates on breakfast and explaining its significance. On the second day, he even had the staff prepare a special traditional Ecuadorian drink, on the house. To make our trip even more memorable, Hernan offered us a personal tour of Quito, which was incredible. We left the city with cherished memories and were sad to say goodbye on our last day.
