However, it would be nice if the wifi worked a bit better in the rooms further away from the common room area and if the hot water was reliable. We took a handful of icy showers. "

"The Casa Gangotena was perfection! The hotel itself is beautiful and the staff was gracious and attentive. We stayed in a very comfortable, large room with a spectacular view of the Plaza de San Francisco. We enjoyed breakfast and a wonderful dinner at the hotel and loved that the menu included local cuisine. Plus, the prices were reasonable - we would have easily paid twice as much at home for a meal of the same caliber. You also shouldn't miss a late afternoon cocktail on the rooftop!"

Shower was hot and hotel provided us with a heater when it got chilly. David the manager and he's partner pierrina are very helpful. We were met at the airport by pierrina, the transfer was easy.
