"The hotel is well located in the old city. Despite a language barrier at times the staff were helpful and responsive. I ordered a taxi from the airport with the hotel but it did not come, not that it was a problem as plenty of taxis were available. The breakfast was very good. Room 9 has a window above the door and light streamed in whenever the sensor lights outside came on. This impacted on sleep quality. On balance we would stay there again."

We stayed in a very comfortable, large room with a spectacular view of the Plaza de San Francisco. We enjoyed breakfast and a wonderful dinner at the hotel and loved that the menu included local cuisine.
