"This was our first trip to Ecuador. We stayed our first two nights at Lugano Hotel, and we had a very positive experience! We arranged for airport pickup through the hotel ahead of time, and after flying all night, it was a welcome sight to have a driver with my name on a paper waiting for us! The cost was reasonable, more convenient than finding a taxi, and our driver was very nice. The room at the hotel was clean and roomy.
