"This was our first trip to Ecuador. We stayed our first two nights at Lugano Hotel, and we had a very positive experience! We arranged for airport pickup through the hotel ahead of time, and after flying all night, it was a welcome sight to have a driver with my name on a paper waiting for us! "Wonderful Hotel. Extremely nice and almost fancy. Front desk was super helpful too and helped us lineup shuttles and tours. Room was very clean and had everything we needed. Great location too that was close to lots of restaurants. We'd definitely stay again."
