"The service is very good, the rooms are large and the shower is huge with excellent water pressure. The room decore is dated and the area where the hotel is located is not a great area. The food in the restaurants is above average. Overall, worth an overnight stay. I would say 3.5 to 4 stars."

Location was close to metro station so could easily get to historic city center. the minor inconveniences were that the bathroom has no fan and in February the humidity made the bathroom perpetually wet. "This is our second time staying at Terrazas. The hotel is conveniently located but security is needed and provided. The suites are spacious and clean. The staff very accommodating. The last morning of our stay, we had an early flight, we had no hot water. That's the only negative mark. Cold shower at 5am it's a little sad."
